   该集团公司组建以来，以董事长吴域琦为首的领导决策层，特别重视新产品的研制和生产。集团以科技创新求发展，针对全世界普遍面临的石油能源危机和环境污染问题，陆续研制成功了一大批可以替代汽、柴油且有显著环保效益的新产品，1996年在全世界范围内率先将不改动发动机而可以直接使用的甲醇汽油中的甲醇含量由15%提高到50~65%，已投入批量生产。这种汽油无需改汽车发动机等装置可直接使用；其甲醇含量达到50%-65%，在全球范围内处于领先水平，是一种节能、环保、高科技的石油产品，突破了世界各国在此研究领域里的众多难关，可望成为传统汽油的替代产品。使我国在甲醇燃料生产技术领域中达到了世界先进水平。2001年又研制了成功真正的全甲醇燃料，其不含任何汽油组分而甲醇含量高达85%，不改动现有汽车发动机就可以直接正常使用，这一划时代的新成果引起了全球科技界的巨大轰动，得到了国家领导人和新闻媒体的高度评价。赛车专用甲醇清洁燃料、甲醇清洁柴油、甲/乙醇燃料改性剂、醇类汽油稳定增强剂等已经申报发明专利，在市场上受到了用户和有关方面的好评。在技术水平、产品性能和总体规模上，均为全国第一家。
       随着经济的高速发展，能源消耗急速上升，巨大的燃油消耗不仅对日益枯竭的石油能源造成巨大压力，同时大量燃油燃烧所排放出的废气成为大中城市的主要污染源，环境保护也越来越受到世界各国的广泛重视，寻找汽车代用燃料的研究在世界范围内开展得如火如荼。甲醇以低廉的价格、较高的辛烷值、简单的合成工艺、较高的理论混合气热值、良好的运输性及低污染等优点，再次受到世界各国人们的关注。
   国内外对甲醇汽油的研究开始于70年代，经过近些年来的努力，在不改动发动机的前提下甲醇的添加量在15%左右，如果添加更高比例的甲醇，由于技术还不完善，必须对发动机加以改造。漯河石化集团通过近10年的努力，终于在全球范围内开发研制出了M50，并欲在全球范围内推广应用，本项目为漯河石化集团多项发明专利构成的石油替代能源项目。其主要特点是大比例使用甲醇（50——65%）经醚化改性和与多种性能改良剂混配，不需要改动汽车发动机任何零部件就可以直接使用，并且可以与汽油随时替换，保证其动力性能与同标号汽油完全一致。同时，汽车尾气中CO、HC等有害气体大比例减少。由于本项目产品大量使用了比汽油廉价的甲醇，因而经营者和用户均有显著的效益。
   本项目的克隆式推广应用，采取灵活合作方式，由本公司与科技部民营科技促进会或中国石油和化学工业协会联合组织，分区布点示范。收取5万元的保证金，然后占25%的技术股，本公司提供添加剂并指导生产出合格产品，合作期间，均实行统一配方、统一工艺、统一质量标准，统一定价，以保证本项目产品的质量和市场竞争力。

Me85车用清洁燃料简介

   Me85车用清洁燃料是漯河石化集团董事长吴域琦博士带领本公司的技术创新队伍研发成功的一种新产品，它由85%的改性甲醇与15%的多种性能改良剂在一定条件下混配而成，在以下5个方面取得了重大突破。
   1、它已经完全不含传统的石油成品油，是一种完全新型的车用清洁燃料。由于它完全不含石油成品油，因而也完全不含石油中的各种有害成份，加之，它的氧含量高、燃烧完全、尾气污染很少，因而确实是一种高清洁的车用燃料。
   2、它也不是纯甲醇燃料，而是由85%的改性甲醇与15%的性能改良剂多元混配而成。85%的改性甲醇是甲醇经过一定程度的醚化反应而生成的更适于作为车用燃料的醇醚混合物；15%的性能改良剂由多种性能改良材料组成，它们使Me85车用清洁燃料不仅具有甲醇固有的优点，而且克服了甲醇固有的一些缺点。
   3、国内外使用大比例甲醇燃料和纯甲醇燃料，必须另行设计或对原汽车发动机加以改动，本产品却完全适应原来烧汽油的汽车，而不必对原汽车发动机作任何改动。它的重大意义在于当石油资源耗尽或者得不到时，它仍能够保证原来汽车在不作任何改动的情况下继续使用。
   4、由于本产品的氧含量很高，因而不仅可以保证燃烧完全和排气清洁，而且可以保证车辆在风沙尘埃严重的环境中缩小进气风门而正常行驶。
   5、本产品既拥有上述特点和优势，同时又符合一般车用汽油各种指标，即完全符合GB17930—1999的质量标准。

    The research on methanol gasoline at home and abroad started in 70's of last century. Through the efforts in recent years, a methanol addition of approximately 15% in the gasoline has been achieved on the premises that the engines are not modified necessarily. In case a higher proportion of methanol is added, then the engines are subject to being improved due to the unavailability of perfect technologies. With nearly 10 years' exertion, Luo He Petrochemical Group Company has ultimately developed and manufactured M50 in the world and intended to disseminate and apply such product world-widely. As a substitute energy project for petroleum being constituted by numerous inventions and patents from Luo He Petrochemical Group Company, this project has the following major characteristics: addition of higher proportion of methanol (50%~65%) in the gasoline, which can be used directly, through the etherification modification process and blending and dosing with multiple performance modifiers, with no necessities of making any modifications to any parts of the motor engines; can be switched over to gasoline whenever necessary and maintenance of identical power performance with the equivalent grade of gasoline. In addition, the amount of harmful gases as CO and HC etc. in the auto exhaust can be significantly reduced. Since a large amount of methanol, which is less expensive than gasoline, is applied in the products produced in this project, remarkable benefits can be expected for the dealers and end-users.
   The clone-based promotion and application approaches and flexible cooperation modes adopted in this project shall be jointly organized by Luo He Petrochemical Group Company and the Private Science and Technology Promotion Association of the State Science and Technology Ministry or PetroChina and Chemical Industry Association through demonstration on a regional and location distribution basis. A bond of 50,000 RMB Yuan shall be charged to serve as 25% of the technology share. Luo He Petrochemical Group Company shall be responsible for supplying additives and provide guidance for output of on-spec products. During the cooperation term, formulations, production process, quality criteria and pricing for products shall be implemented on a unified basis to ensure the quality compliance and market competitiveness of the products.
Meanwhile, practices of technical transfer, financing, technology shareholding and joint venture cooperation on a global scale are invited.

         Brief introduction about Me85 automobile-used clean fuel 

   Me85 automobile-used clean fuel is high tech-scie product.It was developed firstly in the world by Wu YuQi(president of luohe petrochemical group co.ltd) and technological innvation team.It is composed by 85% modified-methanol and 15% many kinds of performance modifier additives.  under certain terms 85%,It  have made the great breakthrough in the following 5 respects.
   1, The readymade oil is not contained at all in Me85, and is a new-type automobile-used clean fuel.So various kinds of  harmful  compositions are not contained at all too, in addition, content of oxygen is high, burning completely, harmful gas in tail gas reduced a lot,therefore it is  high clean automobile-used fuel really.

   2, It is not pure methanol fuel, but is composed by 85% modified-methanol  and 15% performance modifier additives.85% modified-methanol is alcohol-ether mixture through etherification reaction,It is more suitable  as automobile-used alcohol-ether; 15% of the performance modifier additive is composed by many kinds of improved performance materials. they make the Me85 automobile-used clean fuel  not only have inherent advantage of methanol , but also overcome some inherent shortcomings of methanol .
   3, In the world,The original automobile engine must been design separately or changed if use large proportion methanol fuel or pure methanol fuel.This product will adapt all petrol automobile,  needn't act as any change to the former automobile engine. Its great meaning lies in when the petroleum resources can be exhausted or not got, it can guarantee that it can be used continually in case of not changing any parts of engine of automobile .
   4, Because the content of oxygen of this product is very high, burning completlely and the tail gas is clean. and guarantee that the vehicle can  go normally under narrowing the inlet flap and in the serious environment of sand blown by the wind dust .
   5,  The product  have above-mentioned characteristic and advantage ,at the same time accord with general motor petrol various kinds of index , namely totally accord with the quality level of GB17930-1999.
